CLI Tree

chatqiniu --version prints the package version. Chatqiniu uses the shared chatstyle.add_tree_option() to render the real Click registry: chatqiniu --tree includes parameter signatures, while chatqiniu --tree-brief preserves the same nodes and purpose descriptions without signatures.
